Answers:

  1. Does the price include balloons? Yes. Choose from Qualatex, Prestige, or Betallic brands. Qualatex brand is stock. Colors are standard, jewel tones, fashion, radiant pearls, pastel pearls,  and neons.
  2. Are there artwork and set-up fees?  No set up fee!! I can make your artwork, or you can supply it. The best images measure about 5 inches by 5 inches, E-mailed JPEG or TIFF file format for 9 or 11-inch.
  3. What colors of balloons and inks are available? Standard colors of both ... like red, green, yellow, white, pale blue, dark blue, orange, and pink. We stock most of the Qualatex colors of balloons (click here to see our color chart -- beware; the file is 111 KB and may take some time to display) and can mix ink colors together.
  4. How long will it take? 24-hour service is available upon request.  This includes from the time I get your order to the time I ship your balloons. Artwork and payment must be included with your order. Time varies depending on numbers of orders being processed at the time order is placed.
  5. What size of balloons do you print? All sizes of round balloons. Common sizes are 9-, 11-,  and 16-inch (extra charges). Also yo-yo, heart balloons are available..
  6. Do you accept credit cards? You may use PayPal, an online service, to pay. It will be of no cost to you.
  7. How much extra is it for double-sided imprinting? See pricing chart.  Prices on the chart are for the same image on the second side.  If the second side is a different image pricing will vary, please call for details..
  8. What about shipping? It depends on the weight (balloons are light) and your ZIP code.  We ship Priority mail, UPS, and Fed-ex.  Just let us know how to best get them to you when you order.
